You are entitled to return any product during the 14 day cooling off period but please read our returns policy for full details of our terms and conditions. All return carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer with unwanted purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your order has been placed with us, we'll notify you when the items have been dispatched and provide you with tracking information. You can then register to receive text notifications regarding your delivery. On the morning of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour time slot for the delivery. If you won't be home, you can direct it elsewhere or leave it with a neighbour. Once the driver is on the way, you can see where your parcel is on a map and exactly how long left before delivery. We know how exciting it is waiting for a delivery so we ensure you are up to date right the way along.
